Earth drill type enlarged base pile method / cast-in-place steel pipe concrete pile
A design that achieves safety, economic efficiency, and low-cost piles. It allows for shortened construction periods and reduced construction costs.
We would like to introduce the "Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method / Cast-in-Place Steel Pipe Concrete Pile." The "Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method" features the ability to achieve 2 to 3 times the bearing capacity compared to straight piles of the same shaft diameter, using approximately half the amount of excavation spoil and concrete. Additionally, the "Cast-in-Place Steel Pipe Concrete Pile" was developed to improve seismic resistance. The parts of conventional cast-in-place concrete piles, such as the pile head, which experience large bending moments and shear forces, have been reinforced with steel pipes featuring internal protrusions. 【Features】 < Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method (HND Method) > ■ Achieves 2 to 3 times the bearing capacity compared to straight piles ■ Received evaluation from the Japan Architectural Center (Foundation) on November 13, 1990 ■ Excellent safety and cost-effectiveness ■ Reduces construction period and costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
